Ideal for use over Sansin SDF base coats, it provides a low-lustre, natural finish that resists moisture, UV radiation, and weathering. Suitable for siding, soffits, decks, logs, and timbers, SDF Naturals Topcoat ensures long-lasting beauty and protection for your wood projects.Key Features

Application Guidelines
- Preparation: Ensure wood surfaces are clean, dry, and free from defects. Use Sansin Multi-Wash for cleaning if necessary.
- Application Methods: Apply by brushing, spraying, or dipping. Always back-brush to ensure even coverage and penetration.
- Coating Schedule: Typically applied as a second or third coat over Sansin SDF base coats. Allow 24 hours between coats.
- Drying Time: Touch dry in 4–6 hours at 20°C (68°F). Full cure achieved in 24 hours.
- Coverage: Approximately 330 sq.ft. per US gallon.
Maintenance
- Vertical surfaces require maintenance every 4–6 years, depending on exposure and number of coats applied.
- Regular cleaning with Sansin Multi-Wash is recommended to remove dirt and residue.
- For maintenance, clean the surface, allow to dry, and apply one coat of SDF Naturals Topcoat as per application guidelines.
