Sansin Dec is a penetrating, breathable finish designed for decks, docks, and other horizontal wood surfaces. It delivers superior water and UV protection without cracking, peeling, or blistering—ideal for high-traffic exterior applications.
Sansin Dec
Sansin Dec is a high-performance penetrating finish specifically engineered for horizontal wood surfaces like decks, docks, and balconies. This two-coat water-borne alkyd system delivers excellent UV resistance, water repellency, and dimensional stability—without cracking, peeling, or blistering. Its breathable formula allows moisture to escape, ensuring long-term protection and natural beauty for even the most exposed surfaces.
Whether you’re finishing new wood or restoring a worn surface, Sansin Dec offers lasting protection with a flat, low-lustre finish. Available in a range of natural, translucent, and semi-transparent tones—with the option to enhance sheen and protection using Dec Topcoat.
What Makes Sansin Dec Unique?
Unlike film-forming stains that sit on the surface, Sansin Dec penetrates deep into the wood fiber, bonding molecularly to provide flexible and durable protection. Its nano-pigments offer vibrant clarity, while UV inhibitors and water repellents shield against the harshest elements. The breathable finish helps reduce warping, checking, and wood movement—ideal for horizontal applications that take the brunt of weather and wear.
