Application Notes
- Number of Coats: One or two coats depending on substrate and film thickness required. For low lustre finishes, a gloss intermediate coat is recommended.
- Surface Prep: Clean with Sansin Multi-Wash, sand with #60–#80 grit, and ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of wax, dust, or grease.
- Drying Time: Touch dry in 40 minutes. Recoat after 4 hours at 20°C (68°F). Full cure in 5–7 days.
- Application Tools: Best applied by spray using HVLP, air-assist, or conventional spray systems. Premium brush may be used. Avoid high-shear pumps.
- Film Thickness: 4–6 wet mils per coat.
- Application Conditions: Avoid direct sun, heat, or freezing temps. Do not apply to hot wood. Apply in shade between 10°C and 30°C.
