Surface Preparation Requirements

• Surface must be clean, dry, and free of previous coatings
• Sand smooth wood with 60–80 grit just prior to application
• Power wash or clean with Sansin Multi-Wash as needed
• Apply only to bare or properly stripped wood

• Apply to saturation using brush, spray, or flood coat
• Use a large China bristle brush to distribute product and avoid puddling
• Apply first coat at 6–8 mils wet film thickness
• Allow to dry approximately 2 hours in favorable conditions
• Apply second coat at 4–6 mils for enhanced protection
• Do not apply in direct sunlight or when rain is expected
